Your product, manufactured your way
Every OEM partnership begins with understanding the product, its intended user and the environment in which it will be used.
We can work from technical drawings and completed specifications, but these are not essential. Our team can also develop a solution using an existing product, physical sample or piece of equipment. From smartphones and handcuffs to specialist tools and operational equipment, we can create the sheath, holster, pouch or carrying system required to hold, protect and provide reliable access to it.
Where necessary, we can produce prototypes before full production begins. This provides an opportunity to assess the product’s fit, function, materials and construction, allowing refinements to be made before the design is finalised.
In-house design and product development
A growing number of our OEM customers involve our in-house design team from the very beginning of a project.
Working collaboratively with your team, we can help establish the product requirements, explore suitable materials and develop a design that balances performance, durability, appearance and cost. We manufacture a wide range of products using leather, webbing and specialist synthetic materials. This includes Sentinex, our own material developed to combine strength and durability with the affordability and practicality of 1000-denier nylon.
Our knowledge of different materials and manufacturing methods allows us to recommend a solution suited to the product’s application, required finish, performance expectations and budget.
For products that require a more traditional or prestigious finish, our experienced leatherworkers can produce finely crafted equipment to exceptionally high standards. Price Western leatherwork is used in ceremonial applications around the world, where appearance, accuracy and quality are essential.
