Price Western has now received our annual update on progress made towards our Carbon Net Zero goal by 2030.
2023 was an incredibly busy year and we are pleased to have made significant progress against our goals: “against its original benchmark the business has achieved an overall reduction of 19,931 Kg CO2e i.e. 43.8% less emissions”.
If we look at our emissions by type, we have made significant reductions in the miles travelled by staff as well as switching to 100% renewable electricity, which has hugely reduced the impact of our electricity usage.

Managing Direct, Jonathan Littlewood said, “There is still a lot to do, but we are moving forwards at pace and are happy that we will meet our goal of reducing our emissions by 50% by 2030 and aiming to be operationally net zero by 2050”.
