We are releasing this update in consequence of the Government’s updated advice to businesses and individuals over the last 48 hours. The situation in regards to the Covid 19 virus is dynamic and changing quickly – we will continue to monitor and follow all Government advice and regulations to protect the safety and health of our staff, customers and the business itself.
At present the Government advice is that all employees who can work from home should endeavour to do so. Equally, for employees that can continue to work in accordance with the Government’s ‘Social Distancing’ advice should continue to work until such time as the guidance changes.
We are currently still open and trying to support all our partners, including the medical and police sectors, with current orders. Our staffing levels have been affected by members self-isolating and as such, a delay should be expecting in orders being fulfilled.
We have requested all partners to postpone visits to our premises wherever possible.
We are accepting deliveries only in a health-conscious manner – respecting the space of others and asking them to do the same to our staff. We believe we can continue to support our partners and our staff in the current environment and ask our partners and community to bear with us as we work to do so.
We take our role as an employer and member of the local community seriously and want to support and protect those within the company and around it.
